Ready to tackle life's challenges with more confidence and clarity?

In June 2022, I opened my private practice to offer individuals the support they need to navigate difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, and unlock their full potential.

Specializing in depression, anxiety, and trauma, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, heal from past wounds, and cultivate resilience.

Therapy can be a powerful tool for positive change.

Whether you're facing challenges or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, let's embark on a journey towards healing and empowerment.

What Can You Expect?

You can expect a safe and therapeutic environment that is free of judgement in a setting where you can be your most authentic self.

Our First Session

In our first session, I will collect some history to get to know you better and together we will come up with some goals for therapy. Our goals are not intended to be set in stone and we will adjust as we progress.

Building Trust

Trust can take time to build. Sometimes it's immediate, and other times it takes several sessions. There is no right way, only the way that is the most comfortable for you.

A Path Towards Healing

Keep in mind that every person moves at a different pace and will encounter and overcome different barriers and that is okay. Healing is the goal and time is not the measure of progress.

My Approach to Therapy

Imagine feeling empowered to manage your symptoms, address the root causes of your struggles, and achieve lasting change.

In our sessions, I offer a unique approach that integrates two powerful modalities:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS).

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Understanding Yourself and Your Emotions

Utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I will guide you in cultivating curiosity and compassion towards the fragmented aspects of yourself that harbor fear, shame, guilt, sadness, and anger. By fostering a mindful and non-judgmental approach, you are supported in developing greater self-awareness and insight, paving the way for deep healing.

Processing Past Trauma and Building Resilience

As an EMDRIA Certified therapist, I go beyond the standard EMDR protocol to tailor the healing process to your unique needs. Through targeted EMDR sessions, you will experience profound releases of long-held negative emotions stored within your body. This often results in a noticeable sense of relaxation, quieter thoughts, improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a newfound motivation to explore new possibilities.

For more information on EMDR please visit the EMDRIA website or watch this video on an Introduction to EMDR Therapy.

Empowering You with Personalized Tools

Together, we'll develop a personalized toolbox of evidence-based techniques to equip you to work through any barriers you encounter. These tools may include mindfulness, expressive and relaxation techniques, emotional freedom techniques, guided imagery, and more.

Together, we'll find the right approach to help you overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being.
